When you sign in to Shmusik or verify your account, you can choose to get a one-time verification code by text message. The code confirms that you control the phone number on your account and helps keep your account secure.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and tapping Send code (or a similar button) in the Shmusik app or on our sign-in page. Next to that button we show this notice:
By tapping “Send code,” you agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message from Shmusik at the number provided. One message per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. If you prefer not to receive texts, you can sign in with your password instead.

How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out, and we will not send further text messages to that number. If you opt out, you can still sign in another way, such as with your password. To opt back in, reply START or request a new code from the sign-in screen.
